Just got an oil change done - amazing experience- didn’t have to go anywhere , watched the guy put in full 5 quarts of branded synthetic oil in front of my eyes. Signup and appointment setup was fluid too.
Instant Car Fix did an amazing job with my repair. The mechanic arrived on time, checked the issue thoroughly, and explained the steps he was going to take. He worked steadily and carefully, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The best part was the convenience of having the repair done at home without needing a tow truck. This service saved me a lot of time and hassle. Definitely recommended
The mechanic, Sergio, was prompt, introduced himself, installed OEM brake pads and rotors efficiently, reported back to me on the job, and had me test drive afterward. It was a good experience, and I would employ the InstantCarFix service and Sergio again.
Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.
Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.
Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Will be using again.
Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be using them again.
