Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
This was fantastic! I googled for somewhere to get new brakes and rotors and when I first heard about the mobile autoshop, I was hesitant. But the guy came and fixed it and honestly, I'm really not going to go back waiting hours in an autoshop. 5 stars.
My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
The mechanic who came out was amazing and was there within an hour. I was across the street using the restroom and grabbing some to eat for my daughters when he called and said he had arrived. I walked back to my truck and he finish the job within minutes and I was so grateful because it couldn’t been worse. Will definitely use them again if I needed it. Thank you instant fix
ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend
Very knowledgeable about cars. My car wouldn't start so he couldn't give me a diagnosis. so he suggested something that could be the reason and sure enough that was it. He was very polite and had patience.

He explained the repair clearly and worked steadily through the job. The service felt honest and professional from start to finish. Being able to stay home while my car was fixed was incredibly convenient.
