I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! If somebody could contact me so that I can give him a tip I would greatly appreciate it I'm going to try to get in touch with them right now. Thx again. Fast response, good communication via text, and very friendly and efficient mechanic. My mechanic was Sergio and he was phenomenal. My vehicle wouldn't start or jump start and needed a new battery. The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. It saved me a tow and a trip to the dealer for what was a straightforward issue to fix. I will definitely use the company again and I also did a Facebook post and tagged y'all 😊
What a great find! My brakes went bad on vacation in Maryland and I was so happy to find Instant Car Fix. They came over the next morning, as promised, and fixed the problem in under an hour. Thank you!!
WARNING _ I read BBB review and I almost didn't proceed - Buy was I happy to have leaned on Google reviews. Service was "perfect" truly perfect! highly recommanded! The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!
The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
This company is amazing. I’ve used them twice now and both times have been great. The mechanics are always on time, professional, and very good at what they do. It’s so much easier than going to a shop.
Very professional,very nice and polite . Wendell was the nice gentlemans name .he was a few minutes early he took his time explained everything in a way that was not complicated straight forward very nice young man thank you Wendell again
The entire experience felt well organized and customer focused. From booking to completion, everything went smoothly. The mechanic was polite, patient, and clearly experienced. He explained the repair process step by step and made sure the issue was completely fixed. The convenience of mobile service made a big difference for me.
Had a mechanic come out to replace the starter on my van. Cold wet and real nasty winter day. Mechanic arrived on time, worked in the slop, removed and replaced the starter, My only complaint is he left before I could give him a tip. Highly recommend
