I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. Excellent and expert troubleshooting by Mike & Tiearra of Indy 1 Mobile Mechanics. The came on a Sunday to evaluate a brake light on my dash. They did both electronic and mechanical evaluation including jacking my car up and looking all throughout the brake lines. Very impressed with their detailed approach and trustworthy recommendations. Plan to use them in the future for additional mechanical needs for our vehicle. And they came out on a Sunday afternoon after I submitted the night before online to InstantCarFix. So very prompt and excellent service on a weekend!
This was a great experience from beginning to end. Booking was easy, communication was clear, and the mechanic arrived right on schedule. He inspected the car carefully and explained the issue without using confusing terms. The repair was done efficiently and with attention to detail. I appreciated how respectful and patient he was. Awesome service! After visiting 2 shops who were overcharging and adding unnecessary items to my quote, I called a mechanic for my brakes that were urgently needed. He had me buy the parts because he was "on his way". He was a no show and I had already spent the money. I wished "Mobile Mechanics" were a thing so I didn't have to return them and go to a shop. I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! Highly recommended! They will be my go place for regular maintenance. Thank you!
My mechanic showed up within the reported arrival window and changed my brakes and rotors in less than an hour. My rate was more than fair and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. This was super convenient as he came right to my address and I didn't have to worry about anything. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, communication was top notch, and I will most certainly use this company again!
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency.
