Greg the mechanic did an excellent job . He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Greg also recommended that i get new windshield wipers!! Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. Was able to get into a parking garage but had check engine light on and smoke coming from under the hood.. Took careful note of parking location, used a CE light reader to get at least a starting point for the mechanic, left the hood unlatched, and contacted InstantCarFix the next day. ICF completed both a diagnostic visit and a repair visit to my car while I was away so I came back to a working vehicle. Cannot say enough about this service!!!
I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly. I had an issue with my car - it did not start one morning, and I had no one to ask around for help. The tech guy arrived right on time that I picked and quickly found what the problem was. Many thanks to Taylor. It was handled very professionally. Within 2 hours the whole thing was fixed. I will definitely ask for the same tech guy if something like happens again.
These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.
Very professional,very nice and polite . Wendell was the nice gentlemans name .he was a few minutes early he took his time explained everything in a way that was not complicated straight forward very nice young man thank you Wendell again

Mechanic arrived earlier than scheduled with a phone call of course. Replaced the alternator promptly and also helped with some other small issues. I will definitely use this service again when needed. Thanks so much!
