I’m really pleased with how smooth the whole process was with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived on time, checked my car carefully, and explained what needed fixing. He worked steadily and didn’t cut any corners. When he finished, he tested everything again just to make sure the repair was solid. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. This is the kind of service that makes car repairs much less stressful. Highly recommended.

I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!

Fantastic service! First time using the service and will use it again. Aaron was respectful and on time. Living in a rural area makes services like this hard. If I drove to get it checked out, I could have caused more damage and cost. Absolutely a life and wallet saver.

He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. The work was done carefully, and I appreciated that he checked everything again once the repair was complete. I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!!
