My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.
Instant auto Fix made my auto repair very easy! The technician was professional, pleasant, and worked efficiently. Having my car fixed at home was incredibly convenient. Everything was completed promptly and expertly. I’ll definitely use their service again!

He walked me through every step of the repair without making anything confusing. The best part was how convenient it was to have everything done at home. No waiting in a shop or dealing with delays. Had a minor glitch when technican didn’t show up for first appointment, turns out he was in car accident. Another tech showed up on time next day and did excellent job and found more problems. Scheduled appt for next day and fixed issues. Explained issues both days, courteous and prompt. Very reasonably priced, will use them again for sure

Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.

Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.

He completed the repair carefully and checked everything before leaving. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. The ability to stay home while my car was fixed made the whole experience much easier.
