The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly. I had an issue with my car - it did not start one morning, and I had no one to ask around for help. The tech guy arrived right on time that I picked and quickly found what the problem was. My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
