My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.

Very happy with our service. Kirk was on time, efficient with time, very thorough, even let us know about future services we would need. Took about 2 hours (we got both brakes fixed). He even had my husband test drive the car to make sure the job was done! We will definitely use Instant Car Fix again and recommend it to family and friends.
Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Justin is the man! I booked my service window for 2-6 on a Sunday and he was right on time at 2. He knocked the job out in 30 minutes while keeping me informed on what the issues were. Very easy platform to use as well.
The Gentleman that came and put my brakes and rotors on did a excellent job. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and informed me of a few other things I needed to address with my vehicle. I would definently recommend Him to anyone. Excellent Job

He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!
