It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! My sons car needed an alternator, battery assessment, oil change, and tire inflation. I was looking for a mechanic closer to where I work and in a yelp search I saw this company. I was surprised by a “mobile mechanic” the reviews were all positive so I thought I’d give them a try. I submitted a quote request and had almost an immediate response from Gary. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. The price point was perfect much cheaper than a deal ship. I scheduled an appointment four days out and had the front breaks (pads and Routers) repaired today! Jeremy was the mechanic he was professional and friendly! All at work while I was working. No hassle of dropping my car off and needing a ride. I will definitely use them again.
My Honda Accord had a battery alarm, and I was looking for a good technician to fix it. A friend of mine referred me to Instant Car Fix and said they are very good and hassle-free. So, I called Instant Car Fix, and they responded immediately and scheduled for diagnosis within few hours. The technician was knowledgeable and had experience with servicing cars. He told me that the alternator was the issue and needs replacement. I went online and booked an appointment to replace the alternator and belt. When I compared the price, the instant car fix price was highly reasonable, and moreover, I liked the professionalism of the technician. The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car. He also tested for any other issues. Overall, I am very much pleased and happy with the service and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix for any car related services.
They responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up within requested time frame, were clear about pricing and quotes and fixed the issue quickly. I didn't even have to take off work, they did everything right in the parking lot and were respectful of my business. They even showed me how to easily replace fluids in my car.
100% recommend and will use this service again! Mechanic are very professional and know what they are doing. They will get the job done and test and double test to make sure everything is fixed correctly! If you schedule an appointment they will fulfill their obligation. Even if they get behind schedule, just be patient and they will get you right! Much cheaper and more accommodating than a dealer! 10/10
