Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.

The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.
10 Minutes and Sergio had my splash shield back on! Excellent service, especially since I might have had to tow the car to a shop for a minor issue. I am very happy with the communication and the ease of booking a mechanic at my apartment!
The mechanic who came out was amazing and was there within an hour. I was across the street using the restroom and grabbing some to eat for my daughters when he called and said he had arrived. I walked back to my truck and he finish the job within minutes and I was so grateful because it couldn’t been worse. Will definitely use them again if I needed it. Thank you instant fix
I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
After checking the reviews, I scheduled an appointment to have my front and rear brakes replaced by Instant Car Fix service. The technician arrived around 5:30 pm and went straight to work. Around 8:00pm, he was finished, and I was out test driving the car, totally pleased with the results of the installation. I am so pleased that I am scheduling another service. Thanks
