I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. Fantastic service! First time using the service and will use it again. Aaron was respectful and on time. Living in a rural area makes services like this hard. If I drove to get it checked out, I could have caused more damage and cost. Absolutely a life and wallet saver.
The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. I felt the pricing is more than fair for this service. You get a live quote when scheduling. Thanks instant car fix!!! 👍👍👍 I would recommend this to anyone, even if you know how to fix your own vehicle
I admit I was hesitant at first, but i needed new brake pads and didn't feel like driving to my mechanic out of worry of making them worse. But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.
Wonderful experience with Byron! Super nice and very comforting as a mechanic! Helped me understand more about the issue and was very attentive. Would love to have him help with any vehicle service again! Such a great guy
I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage
Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
Trey was the best mechanic I have met so far through this company provided A1 service as well as treated my concerns as top priority and even took time to answer all my questions and give me better insight would 10 out of 10 recommend
