My Honda Accord had a battery alarm, and I was looking for a good technician to fix it. A friend of mine referred me to Instant Car Fix and said they are very good and hassle-free. So, I called Instant Car Fix, and they responded immediately and scheduled for diagnosis within few hours. The technician was knowledgeable and had experience with servicing cars. He told me that the alternator was the issue and needs replacement. I went online and booked an appointment to replace the alternator and belt. When I compared the price, the instant car fix price was highly reasonable, and moreover, I liked the professionalism of the technician. The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car. Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
Shoutout to Christian! Excellent service and great attitude, not only did he fix the issue with my car but he also pointed out a potential issue with my exhaust system! Start to finish was about 15 minutes the most so definitely efficient and effective.
Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. Was able to get into a parking garage but had check engine light on and smoke coming from under the hood.. Took careful note of parking location, used a CE light reader to get at least a starting point for the mechanic, left the hood unlatched, and contacted InstantCarFix the next day. ICF completed both a diagnostic visit and a repair visit to my car while I was away so I came back to a working vehicle. Cannot say enough about this service!!!
