Paid for a pre-purchase inspection on an out of state car, and the mechanic found several issues, including signs that the A/C compressor was going out. Have already set up another appointment with Instant Car Fix to look at another car I'm considering. They helped me dodge a bullet.
I was pleasantly surprised with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic Sergio arrived promptly and replaced my brakes and rotors quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing as he completed the work. I will definitely call them again and recommend Sergio to others.
Payment process was easy, everyone I dealt with was nice, fixing the blown fuse was pretty simple and may have taken less time if it hadn't been storming all week. I would use the services again. Thank you guys!!
Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.
My car wouldn’t start, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I booked a same-day service, and within a few hours, the mechanic arrived and diagnosed a bad battery. They replaced it on the spot, and I was back on the road. Super convenient!
Instant Car Fix is one of the most convenient services I’ve ever used. I booked online, got an immediate confirmation, and the mechanic arrived on the exact time I selected. He worked quickly but carefully and made sure to double-check everything before leaving. It honestly felt like having a personal mechanic. Amazing service! Talk about being professional, punctual, and convenient all in one. They helped install aftermarket springs on my Dodge Challenger without having any issues. I personally thank them for making it out on time and allowing me to get this done without compromising the rest of my day. I would like to thank the technicians as well as the owner for being very nice and understanding. Also, their prices are incredible compared to doing the work at shop or a dealership. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done on your car.
Excellent service! I ordered the same day service and the mechanic was at my house within a couple of hours. The mechanic was friendly and professional. Firestone used to offer curbside service on cars and I used them for years, but they stopped sending mechanics to my area. I could have been more happy with Instant Car Fix today!!!! They will be my go to curb side mechanics from now on! Fantastic job and HIGHLY recomended!!! I could not be happier. The only thing they could work on...I was told that I would be given a 30 minute "heads up" when my mechanic came to my house. I was not...I was called when the mechanic was already at my house. Not the end of the world. I was working from home so I could get him started on the work on our car. Much later in the afternoon, after the work was done on my car, I received a text that a mechanic was on his way to my location. No one every showed up...just noting for Instant Car Fix Inc that they should do a better job notifying clients of when mechanics will arrive. But the service was fantastic! I will use them again and I appreciate their services.
I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! A1 service .
