I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better

Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. Can't thank Instant Car Fixed enough for their work! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest auto repair that has fair prices!

Excellent and expert troubleshooting by Mike & Tiearra of Indy 1 Mobile Mechanics. The came on a Sunday to evaluate a brake light on my dash. They did both electronic and mechanical evaluation including jacking my car up and looking all throughout the brake lines. Very impressed with their detailed approach and trustworthy recommendations. Plan to use them in the future for additional mechanical needs for our vehicle. And they came out on a Sunday afternoon after I submitted the night before online to InstantCarFix. So very prompt and excellent service on a weekend!

Instant Car Fix did a wonderful job. The mechanic arrived as scheduled, checked everything carefully, and made sure I understood the repair details. He didn’t rush through the work and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The whole process felt convenient and professional. I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

So my alternator died on my way home from work Saturday night. I set up an appointment with Instant Car Fix at 11pm. The mechanic showed up Sunday afternoon and repaired my truck with no issues. On time service and professionalism.

I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. I will definitely use them again and have already referred a customer to them today. Excellent service.
