The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. All good, the mechanic texted prior to arrival, professional, courteous, super nice, Niko, Nico is his name, very knowledgeable. Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended. Super convenient having it done at my house, love it. Thank you guys, thank you Nico.
Had a minor glitch when technican didn’t show up for first appointment, turns out he was in car accident. Another tech showed up on time next day and did excellent job and found more problems. Scheduled appt for next day and fixed issues. Explained issues both days, courteous and prompt. Very reasonably priced, will use them again for sure
Needed a complete brake job. There were obstacles along the way, but they kept me informed. Bringing me in to the shop to show and explain everything that was happening. Instant Car Fixed worked extremely hard to get it done in one day, Finished it in a day, with a few bonuses thrown in. I appreciate that they took the time to do it right.
This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be using them again.
Highly recommend! Alternator had my car dead in a parking lot an hour from home. They were able to get to us fast, the customer service was great, the mechanic was knowledgeable and professional, and they had us back on the road in no time! Car is running like it should again. 10/10
We just used Instant Car Fix for the first time & couldn’t be happier. Cedric was our mechanic & was polite, professional & did a fantastic job replacing brake pads on my Kia. Will for sure be using again in the future! Thank you Cedric!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better
