Had a mechanic come out to replace the starter on my van. Cold wet and real nasty winter day. Mechanic arrived on time, worked in the slop, removed and replaced the starter, My only complaint is he left before I could give him a tip. Highly recommend

I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. My LR3 overheated and I ruined a lot of parts (thermostat housing, radiator, etc!) These guys came to my home and fixed it. They were very professional and forthcoming with information. It’s a pretty straightforward process and the mechanic knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also got a belt replaced that I needed to do anyways. 10 out of 10. I love my SUV and they got to it right away and kept in touch throughout the process of waiting for parts and etc.

Instant Car Fix made car repair surprisingly easy. The technician was polite, professional, and clearly experienced. He checked the problem thoroughly and explained the repair process step by step. Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.

Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.
