My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.
Instant Car Fix is honestly one of the best discoveries I’ve made. I’ve always dreaded taking my car to the shop because it eats up my whole day, but this service changed everything. The mechanic arrived at my home exactly when scheduled, was very respectful, and explained what needed to be done before starting. He worked efficiently, double-checked everything afterward, and made sure I was happy with the result. My car runs perfectly now, and I didn’t even have to leave my driveway.
Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes
The Gentleman that came and put my brakes and rotors on did a excellent job. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and informed me of a few other things I needed to address with my vehicle. I would definently recommend Him to anyone. Excellent Job
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. This is my first time using Instant Car Fix and I had great experience. Lower radiator hose on my Honda pilot gave up and I lost all the coolant. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. I am satisfied at the professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely use their service again.
Greg the mechanic did an excellent job . He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Greg also recommended that i get new windshield wipers!! A job well done and if I could have him as a mechanic for other services he would be my choice. Always great service and extremely knowledgeable mechanics with Instant Car Fix. Thank you.!!
Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and absolutely clueless. I called Instant Car Fix and they were literally there in minutes! The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I seriously thought I was going to be stuck for hours, but they saved the day! Highly recommend!
