I can’t say enough good things about Instant Car Fix. I booked online in just a few minutes, and the mechanic showed up right on time the next day. He was friendly and professional, and he handled the job like a true expert. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything. No hidden costs, no upselling, just honest service done right at my home.
I had a really good experience with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic came prepared and took the time to fully understand what was wrong. He explained the repair in simple terms and made sure I was comfortable with everything before starting. The repair itself was done with real attention to detail. Sergio was punctual, polite, and obviously experienced. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!
Needed a complete brake job. There were obstacles along the way, but they kept me informed. Bringing me in to the shop to show and explain everything that was happening. Instant Car Fixed worked extremely hard to get it done in one day, Finished it in a day, with a few bonuses thrown in. I appreciate that they took the time to do it right.
They responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up within requested time frame, were clear about pricing and quotes and fixed the issue quickly. I didn't even have to take off work, they did everything right in the parking lot and were respectful of my business. They even showed me how to easily replace fluids in my car.
The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!
Needed some work done on my car and didn't have the time to get it to the shop because of my work schedule. This was very convenient and they did a great job. No complaints. The Mechanic, Bruce, was great and was very efficient.
John Sharp worked so tirelessly on a rather difficult job of installing a new fuel pump on my 2005 mustang and did not give up till the job was complete. I so appreciated the professionalism and prompt next day service also.
Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
