I’m very satisfied with my experience using Instant Car Fix. The mechanic was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn’t rush the job and made sure every detail was handled properly. The repair was done right in my driveway, which made the whole process super easy. Came out when scheduled and completed work in a timely manner. Have a classic car and the battery is under the back seat. Tried a lot of mechanics that said they could install the new battery. None of them showed up. Thank you Instant Car Fix for sending a knowledgeable mechanic, he was kind and professional.

The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!
My mechanic that took care and repaired my GMC was excellent not only was he great, he also made sure that he did not leave any mess in my garage. He replaced my upper and lower control arms and also my thermostat on my GMC Envoy. Thank instant car fix for sending me a great mechanic.
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. My mechanic showed up within the reported arrival window and changed my brakes and rotors in less than an hour. My rate was more than fair and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. This was super convenient as he came right to my address and I didn't have to worry about anything. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, communication was top notch, and I will most certainly use this company again!
