So, I called Instant Car Fix, and they responded immediately and scheduled for diagnosis within few hours. The technician was knowledgeable and had experience with servicing cars. He told me that the alternator was the issue and needs replacement. I went online and booked an appointment to replace the alternator and belt. When I compared the price, the instant car fix price was highly reasonable, and moreover, I liked the professionalism of the technician. The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car. He also tested for any other issues. Overall, I am very much pleased and happy with the service and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix for any car related services.

I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! Recently got my brakes fixed by instant car.
