Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! Good and honest mechanics are hard to come by. I definitely would recommend Sergio. I will be calling again! Thank You, Sergio!
Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.
Had a mechanic come out to replace the starter on my van. Cold wet and real nasty winter day. Mechanic arrived on time, worked in the slop, removed and replaced the starter, My only complaint is he left before I could give him a tip. Highly recommend
Overall, a five-star experience! The paint job was flawless, and the repairs were done precisely. The group was amiable, productive, and very talented. My automobile has never looked better. This store is deserving of all the accolades!
When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!

My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!
Was pretty certain the Alternator had died out on me, but went with the diagnostics first which confirmed Alternator. Scheduled a visit with alternator replacement. Found the mechanic to be knowing what they’re doing. Professional as well. The service advisor was in constant contact and everything went very smooth & timely. I recommend diagnostics first followed by online scheduling for next day. Will use them again. One improvement - They could improve by providing their work warranty on their bill of sale as websites change over time.
