He replaced my Cadillac CTS starter in less than an hour. Others say is gonna take 3 hours. He did it less than that. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repaired.
I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.
I’m glad I found this service. My car was unable to drive due to it overheating. A tow truck was too expensive for my budget. I found this site and made an appointment for the next day. Richard showed up within the time window expected. He was nice and professional. He replaced my water pump in a timely manner and got my car back up and running. Thank you so much Richard!
The mechanic, Yung, was very knowledgeable and replaced the tie rods on my car. I live in a rural area and being able to have a trustworthy mechanic come to the house instead of having to spend the day at a repair shop is appreciated. I will use this service again.
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. Both Gaurav and Rajeev (owners) are amazing people to talk to and have a wealth of information about servicing diff kinds of cars/suvs. Lastly prices are very very reasonable and booking can be done online completely. They have a very seamless web page and you can also look at the history of all servicing done. Highly recommended !
