Just book them! No hassle waiting all day(s) for your car to be fixed and notification. They explain everything to you, take pictures, answer all your questions. This is my 2nd time using them within one month and I’m completely satisfied with the work. No job has been too complicated for them so far. More specifically, shoutout to Sergio! Was pretty certain the Alternator had died out on me, but went with the diagnostics first which confirmed Alternator. Scheduled a visit with alternator replacement. Found the mechanic to be knowing what they’re doing. Professional as well. The service advisor was in constant contact and everything went very smooth & timely. I recommend diagnostics first followed by online scheduling for next day. Will use them again. One improvement - They could improve by providing their work warranty on their bill of sale as websites change over time.
