This was my first time ever requesting a mobile mechanic and glad I did. I normally do my own work but didn't have the time to replace the alternator. Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
Had a mechanic come out to replace the starter on my van. Cold wet and real nasty winter day. Mechanic arrived on time, worked in the slop, removed and replaced the starter, My only complaint is he left before I could give him a tip. Highly recommend
The tech who came out was personable and professional. He went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing the issue with our truck. In fact, he found a problem within a few moments that had been missed by another mechanic. We really appreciate the great work he did, plus it was on a Saturday night.
What I appreciated most was how professional and calm the entire visit felt. The mechanic inspected the car thoroughly and explained what was wrong without using confusing terms. He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient. It felt honest, efficient, and well organized from start to finish.
My experience was great. Sergio not only arrived the same day I booked-he did a great job bc he pointed out another issue and didn't push to service, just inform. Who needs a shop mechanic? Not me. I will stick with Instant Car Fix-5 stars.
We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!
