My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Payment process was easy, everyone I dealt with was nice, fixing the blown fuse was pretty simple and may have taken less time if it hadn't been storming all week. I would use the services again. Thank you guys!!
I highly recommend this service. T.J., our mechanic was on time, courteous, prepared, and knew exactly what to do. This was actually so much better than going to a repair shop because you can be right there and get your questions answered. The only time I am allowed in the shop is when they bring you back to show you what they pulled, and you have to take their word that it was bad and that all the repairs were necessary. I will use this service again!
Jose' was very professional, Knowledgeable and nice! He put in a new starter in my car and it is fixed and running. Great service! Easy to navigate the website and place and order for what you need and also pick your own date and time for the mechanic to come. I will definitely use them again!
Greg the mechanic did an excellent job . He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Greg also recommended that i get new windshield wipers!! Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.
