Instant car fix is amazing Serigo the mechanic was very professional and friendly my appointment was on a Sunday he was on time I had front and back brakes done, the prize was great I'm very satisfied with the service and I would definitely use them again thank you GOD bless you 🙋
This was an amazing experience. I called the company and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Mike showed up, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional. Not only that, the charge was very similar to what I would’ve paid, if not less, had it brought it into the dealership
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.
Mark came out and was very professional. He was able to get my car to start despite dodge placing the part in the worst spot. Trust me I tried myself, and hired these guys to know it out. They did a great job and car sounds great.

He was patient, communicative, and made the whole process smooth. The mechanic showed up on time, did a full inspection, test drive, sent pictures, and gave me the honest breakdown I needed. Instant Car Fix is honestly one of the best discoveries I’ve made. I’ve always dreaded taking my car to the shop because it eats up my whole day, but this service changed everything. The mechanic arrived at my home exactly when scheduled, was very respectful, and explained what needed to be done before starting. He worked efficiently, double-checked everything afterward, and made sure I was happy with the result. My car runs perfectly now, and I didn’t even have to leave my driveway.
I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.
This service made car repair much less intimidating. The technician arrived prepared and took the time to answer my questions before starting the repair. He worked steadily and made sure the problem was fully resolved. I liked that there was no pressure and no unnecessary extras. The whole process felt transparent and easy. Having this level of service at home was a big relief.
