I got a quote for my BMW 3281 oil valve gasket replacement online and the quote was lower than the usual mechanic I use. They showed up at my house within a few days and had all the tools and parts necessary. The mechanic used to work at the BMW dealership. He did a great job and was organized and kept everything clean. He also did the job in shorter time than originally expected and was able to save the valve cover even though he thought it might break when he removed it because it was so sealed on there. I was very impressed and will use them again.

I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.

He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. Very pleased. They fix the oil pan and two other oil leaks and swapped a engine. Thoroughly assessed the vehicle and suggested necessary repairs. Instant Car Fixed was very helpful. Since repairs took several days at other auto repair shops , they worked hard to complete repairs in a timely fashion since I needed my truck by a particular day.
