I am so happy with the services I've gotten from Instant Car Fix! I wish I found them sooner! They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers! I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
Great customer service and reasonable prices. I got brake changed and CV axle repaired. Mentioning this so you know there capabilities of working on maintenance and major repairs. I will continue to use their services. Do not hesitate to use their services. Highly recommend it!
I was in a bind when my car wouldn't start before an important meeting. The mobile mechanic arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed a dead battery, and replaced it on the spot. The convenience and prompt service were lifesavers!
The mechanic named Dan/Danny or sounds like it because my husband is the one who talked with him is very professional with his job He really knows the detailes and we can highly recommend him to anyone. We really love the service because they will really help you in any way that they can!
I was pleasantly surprised with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic Sergio arrived promptly and replaced my brakes and rotors quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing as he completed the work. I will definitely call them again and recommend Sergio to others.
My car wouldn't start. The service manager, Gaurav, was very helpful promptly scheduling the needed service. The starter motor was replaced, and the car starts fine now. I am very satisfied with the prompt service provided at very reasonable cost.
