I’m very satisfied with my experience using Instant Car Fix. The mechanic was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn’t rush the job and made sure every detail was handled properly. The repair was done right in my driveway, which made the whole process super easy. Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.
The mechanic was absolutely stellar. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the problem with confidence, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he did. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the repair. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Option 2 — More casual and personal This mechanic was awesome. Not only did he fix the problem, he actually took the time to explain what went wrong and how he solved it. You don’t get that kind of patience or honesty from everyone. He knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before he left. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic.
10 Minutes and Sergio had my splash shield back on! Excellent service, especially since I might have had to tow the car to a shop for a minor issue. I am very happy with the communication and the ease of booking a mechanic at my apartment!
Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. Can't thank Instant Car Fixed enough for their work! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest auto repair that has fair prices!
The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!
Great work! I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
