Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
