Very knowledgeable about cars. My car wouldn't start so he couldn't give me a diagnosis. so he suggested something that could be the reason and sure enough that was it. He was very polite and had patience.

He was polite, patient, and clearly skilled at what he does. The repair was done properly and tested thoroughly. I loved the convenience of not having to leave home or arrange transportation. My car was having trouble starting, therefore I was referred to Instant Car Fix. I was assisted by Karim and he gave me a great experience. He was able to identify the issue and have it starting within a very short time. Highly reccomend Karim to anyone in need!
The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
