The mechanic who came to fix my car was fantastic. He was polite, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the problem in simple terms and worked quickly to get everything fixed. I’m very happy with the service.
I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. Very happy with the service. Great price, showed up earlier than I expected with the 4 hour windows given. Mechanic was absolutely great. Friendly and hard working. Because if my business , I have very little time for repairs, but I will use these guys again. Very convenient, fast. Great experience.
Driver showed up during time window…once arrived he explained the whole process and took pictures along the way. Once the job was complete he mentioned the details of the completed work and showed me the like new wheel rim. The quality was excellent and it was a fair price. I would use the service again and recommend their work to others.
10/10 recommend and will be using this service for any future car repairs. The pricing is fair, the mechanics have been amazing. Informative without trying to upsell you on services that you don't need in the moment and the customer service team is responsive with any questions or concerns that came up.
Sergio did an outstanding job replacing my brake pads and rotors. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. My brakes are now working perfectly, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Sergio for any automotive needs!
Greg the mechanic did an excellent job . He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Greg also recommended that i get new windshield wipers!! Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
