Spencer was able to come out to me in the middle of nowhere on Fourth of July and despite my car being extra difficult (improper service from a previous mechanic) he stayed until the job was done. The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!

My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿
Sergio did an outstanding job replacing my brake pads and rotors. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. My brakes are now working perfectly, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Sergio for any automotive needs!
Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.
Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes
