I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
I had a great experience with the company! The mechanic was so patient and really took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. He even went out of his way to share how the other mechanic had taken advantage of me. I really appreciated his honesty and support!
Convenient, responsive, and fair service. Hadn't used a mobile mechanic before, but getting a tow truck into my apartment building's parking garage seemed infeasible, so I gave it a try. Glad I did. Bit of a language barrier with the particular mechanic I got, but he was very friendly and patient, so we worked through it without issue.
Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. This place is great and has won me over as a new customer. Thank you for creating such an amazing environment for your customers
The mechanic, Sergio, was prompt, introduced himself, installed OEM brake pads and rotors efficiently, reported back to me on the job, and had me test drive afterward. It was a good experience, and I would employ the InstantCarFix service and Sergio again.
Instant Car Fix did an amazing job with my repair. The mechanic arrived on time, checked the issue thoroughly, and explained the steps he was going to take. He worked steadily and carefully, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The best part was the convenience of having the repair done at home without needing a tow truck. Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. So my alternator died on my way home from work Saturday night. I set up an appointment with Instant Car Fix at 11pm. The mechanic showed up Sunday afternoon and repaired my truck with no issues. On time service and professionalism.
Germaine was awesome. He came 20 minutes early, was extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to look through and find potential issues. Was head over heels better than the other company that came out to look at. Totally recommend
