First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Replaced brake pads and rotors on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I am traveling to attend a wedding in Virginia and drove from Chicago. Having car problem in Northern Virginia where I don’t know anyone. RJ was very friendly and helped me fix my car promptly with very reasonable price. Mechanic came to my hotel and changed the brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels. This was very convenient and so easy. Thanks for the help.
Payment process was easy, everyone I dealt with was nice, fixing the blown fuse was pretty simple and may have taken less time if it hadn't been storming all week. I would use the services again. Thank you guys!!

This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop
Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! Good and honest mechanics are hard to come by. I definitely would recommend Sergio. I will be calling again! Thank You, Sergio!
The AC in my car wasn’t blowing cold air, and I didn’t have time to sit at a shop. Instant Car Fix sent a technician who diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor relay and replaced it in under an hour. Super convenient!
It was an amazing experience. The technician was very polite and listened to everything I said carefully and provided all the answers and showed proof of everything he did without asking. I will use their services again for sure!
Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
