I’m terrible with names so I can’t remember who it was, it I just had someone out here fixing my husbands car. He was able to confirm the battery was bad, and managed to fix it. Over the four other mechanics I tried to get a hold of, this is the only place that actually answered and took care of the issue. Will use again if one of the cars fails to start
I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. He did a wonderful job making sure my car was ready to be on the road and that I was comfortable . He was very knowledgable and professional! I would highly recommend him!
I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. All of this occurred during the weekend! Without the least bit of hesitation, I would recommend ICF to others who need quality mobile service with car repairs. ebrooks.
We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!
I’m beyond impressed with how easy and stress-free this was. I booked an appointment online, and within a few hours, a mechanic was at my home. He was kind, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He finished the repair faster than I expected and made sure I understood everything before leaving.
I am so grateful for this company and their fabulous staff and excellent customer service. I will give them 1 million stars. I will definitely call and hire them again. Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
My car's AC stopped working during a heatwave. The mobile mechanic came to my office, diagnosed the issue, and had it blowing cold air again in no time. The mobile service is incredibly convenient for my busy schedule.
