This service made car repair much less intimidating. The technician arrived prepared and took the time to answer my questions before starting the repair. He worked steadily and made sure the problem was fully resolved. I liked that there was no pressure and no unnecessary extras. The whole process felt transparent and easy. My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.

Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.

I needed a new battery delivered and installed in my Jeep. Despite the fact that the first booking was a no-show, it turned out fine. Marco and Tico from Tico's Finest showed up and put the new battery in quickly and efficiently. Both guys were very professional, polite and friendly. Great service!
