I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.

They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers!
