I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!

Instant auto Fix made my auto repair very easy! The technician was professional, pleasant, and worked efficiently. Having my car fixed at home was incredibly convenient. Everything was completed promptly and expertly. I’ll definitely use their service again!
It was very simple to arrange the appointment. The technician came to my residence quickly and was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue using OBD, fixed the issue within a short period of time and it is working perfectly. My AC is now as cool as it was when the car was brand new. I will certainly recommend and use this service again.
Greg Mechanic showed up on time got straight to work. He did the job and did it well he double checked his work and walked me through what he did and explained everything very well. He’s a great mechanic very nice and respectful to me and my truck. He got the job done in a good timely manner. Easy to talk to all around great guy. I would definitely call on him again if i ever need another mechanic. Everything seems to be working great even got my cleaning exhaust filter working somehow and It’s the first time i have seen that notification show up and I have had the truck for about a year. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep my injectors clean of soot and how to keep them spraying evenly. Thank you man. GREAT WORK!!!

The repair was done with care and attention to detail. I liked that he double-checked his work and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to find such convenient and reliable service. Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. I took a chance on a shop that I was unfamiliar with. I love my car and I won’t allow just anyone to fix it. I will recommend them whenever I am able. Thanks.
