Randall was professional, friendly and knows his stuff. He came out recharged my a/c and let me know of other services they offer. Everyone I have dealt with was friendly and made me feel comfrontable with using an at home mechanic service.

This service is so great! The mechanic (Billy) found my truck in my confusing parking lot at work with no issues, was super nice & knowledgeable & he fixed it way faster than I expected! Definitely recommend!!!

I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.

Incredible service! They came at the beginning of the time frame given. Stayed for maybe 15 minutes. Found out that we need the fuel pump replaced and let us know that there is a recall out for that part. We’re getting it fixed for free at the dealership! These guys are awesome

I had an absolute blast working with ICF. First, I called them to confirm that the problem I believed the cat had and Abdelkader showed up and in no time was able to confirm the problem was the throttle body. I then booked a second appointment for 2 days later and Abdelkader being the awesome dude that he is; he showed up an hour early and unfortunately I missed his calls. When I realized he had called, I called him back and he turned around and came back. He replaced the throttle body in no time and even gave me a ride to the parts store close to home to get a new air filter. The car started fine without issue and all the codes cleared out. I can’t thank this crew enough for everything. Would be great if they had a mobile app but I’m sure that’s in the works. Anyways, if you need a mobile mech, reach out to ICF. I researched other mobile mechanics in the area and the cheapest I found was $20 more than ICF’s price including parts and labor

Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.

It was quite convenient to have the repair done in my driveway. The technician was kind, informed, and provided good explanations of everything .There were no unexpected costs ,and the pricing was reasonable and clear
