It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.
