They will get the job done and test and double test to make sure everything is fixed correctly! If you schedule an appointment they will fulfill their obligation. I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.

Instant Car Fix was so helpful. My car was in urgent need of front break pads and rotors changed and they came first thing in the morning (almost two hours before their actual opening hours) to my house and serviced my car. Sergio was so kind and fixed the problem perfectly. He seemed so detailed and meticulously changed the break pad and rotors and confirmed with a test drive as well. I will definitely be using car fix for future service needs as well!
