I was nervous at first using a mobile mechanic; however, Kivan made sure I received the quoted service & followed up to let me know the eta of the mechanic. It turns out it was not the new alternator, but a faulty part from a different business. Robery even talked to the store manager at the other business and told him that it was their faulty part and provided me with a recording. I will use Instant Car Fix again!

Sergio came right out and quickly diagnosed our car. He was clear in explaining what exactly needed to be fix. When the parts arrived he came out and quickly fixed the issue and explained his process.

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2012 Beetle, and the work was completed quickly. I was really impressed with the quality. He did arrive late, but he was very apologetic, which I appreciated. Overall, he did a great job.
