I had a very positive experience with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic took his time diagnosing the issue and gave honest explanations before starting the repair. He was polite, patient, and clearly skilled at what he does. The repair was done properly and tested thoroughly. I loved the convenience of not having to leave home or arrange transportation. Amazing service!! Thank you! My elderly mom lives in another state and was in dire need of a battery swap. She had the new battery but it was so heavy she could not lift the old out to replace the new herself. They came out promptly and swapped it out. She is ecstatic now she has her car back after going for months with no transportation. The only thing I think might make the service better would be to offer a senior discount. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Great experience. Car was serviced without having to leave home, wait in the lounge; all done while I continue to live, work and do what I need to be doing. Tech was courteous and explained what was being done. Car is “back” in order. Not quite magic, but it might as well be.

Shoutout to Christian! Excellent service and great attitude, not only did he fix the issue with my car but he also pointed out a potential issue with my exhaust system! Start to finish was about 15 minutes the most so definitely efficient and effective.

Our high school senior has quite a commute each day. He needed front brake pads and rotors. I called on a Friday night and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was a little skeptical at first. You guys charged my account before the work was started and completed. Sergio arrived and completed one side very quickly. My wife why you didn’t do it yourself, because I don’t know what I am doing. Sergio just completed half the work. Sergio explained to me that my vehicle requires additional repairs, and showed me the condition of my old part. I am completely satisfied with the repair.
