I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer!
