My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
Very good experience!! We were traveling and when our car lost an alternator we were panicking. Acting on a friends tip we reached out and Gaurav and company treated us very nicely and we were all set in 4 hours with work that would have taken 3 times as much time and perhaps twice the money.
