This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
Instant Car Fix provided fantastic service. The mechanic was very thorough in his inspection and made sure I understood the issue before starting the repair. He worked with great care and didn’t rush anything. The entire process felt simple and convenient, especially because everything was done in my driveway. I was not aware of the ability to have a trained professional mechanic come to our home to repair the brakes on our car. I found InstantCarFix from a Google search and was surprised when they provided a quote that was at least $150.00 less than a local auto repair shop. InstantCarFix arrived in the time they quoted and got right to work replacing the front brakes on my 2011 Toyota Camry. The technician saved me at least $200 by letting me know I did not need to replace some parts at this time. When finished all the squeaks and groans I was having were gone and the brakes were like new.

Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°.
